Jessie was my very first dog i had nd i loved her just like i love my kids. She was a cross collie black nd tan she was a very kind nd loving dog. She would let people in the house but would not let them bk out she just wanted them 2 play with her she hated the post not the postman mind just the letters lol. She loved playing with the cats they'd run around the house chasing each other. She loved going for long walks some time's she'd take her self nd i'd have 2 go looking for her always found her in the same place every time at someone's door waiting for her bones they'd give her. She had 1 litter of pups nd there was 5 nd she was a great mum 2 them. then after a few yrs she feel ill took her to the vets nd they told me she had a weak heart nd arthritis to her back hips then 1 day a staffordshire bull terrier had bite her on her back end nd she just went down hill from then. She gave up on life nd i had to make the harderst thing in my life to end her suffering i didn't want 2 but it was better for her not 2 be in any more pain. A part of me went with her i miss her so much all i want to do is call her name out loud nd see her come running bk 2 me. Rest in peace my girl we'll be together again 1 day.
Beyond the Rainbow
As much as I loved the life we had and all the times we played,
I was so very tired and knew my time on earth would fade.
I saw a wondrous image then of a place that's trouble-free
Where all of us can meet again to spend eternity.
I saw the most beautiful Rainbow, and on the other side
Were meadows rich and beautiful -- lush and green and wide!
And running through the meadows as far as the eye could see
Were animals of every sort as healthy as could be!
My own tired, failing body was fresh and healed and new
And I wanted to go run with them, but I had something left to do.
I needed to reach out to you, to tell you I'm alright
That this place is truly wonderful, then a bright Glow pierced the night.
'Twas the Glow of many Candles shining bright and strong and bold
And I knew then that it held your love in its brilliant shades of gold.
For although we may not be together in the way we used to be,
We are still connected by a cord no eye can see.
So whenever you need to find me, we're never far apart
If you look beyond the Rainbow and listen with your heart.

You are with me every day
By my side you always stay
Except for when we’re out on a walk
When you spot a rabbit to stalk!!
You’re devoted and loyal in every way
You love your hugs and you love to play
When its time for bed you sleep

Games of tug of war are such fun
With you I am happy you fill me with joy
I love watching you play with a new toy
